Our Purpose
Our Partnership
Oak Grove Homeschool Cooperative is an organization of home-schooling parents who work together to provide the best educational experience possible for their children. Two days a week on campus with professional teachers allows for a special partnership. This partnership assists and enhances our children’s educational experience by providing a social and classroom environment. Our unique model combines the experience of professional educators and cooperative learning with the flexibility and individual attention of homeschooling.
Our Story
Our homeschool cooperative began as a M/W/F Kindergarten Co-op at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church. During 10 years as part of the church’s Weekday School, we added a second program on T/Th and expanded to include Kindergarten through 6th grade classes. To allow for the continued growth of our cooperative, we moved to a new location at Cokesbury Church, South Campus at the beginning of the 2016/2017 school year. In the years since, we have expanded to include High School on M/W and added Friday electives.
Our Invitation to You
We are thankful for God’s blessings on our Co-op and for the way he has provided for our Oak Grove family over the last decade and a half. Above all else, we hope you find the right fit for your family, whether it is with Oak Grove or somewhere else. We are always happy to answer questions and to provide additional information.
